My preferred learning styles and why.
Here are the types of learner. A man with a theory for learners came up with a type of learner for each person. Everyone learns in different way and Kolb expressed this. Then came the Honey and Mumford system, which was made based on Kolb's theories and his work.

I believe being a Pragmatist and a slight reflector will help my career in the future because it'll show me how to get further into my tasks, and show me more of the Do's and Dont's, rather than having to have a conversation for example with a Parent, when I've gone straight into something and have ended up perhaps in a worse case scenario giving someone the wrong injection!

Back in School, I was an activist, I just wanted to get things done. Nowadays I've worked out that I need to know more about something, or test it before I attempt the whole project or task that I am doing. I prefer to learn in the way of a Pragmatist now, as Pragmatists are keen on all ideas, but prefers to test ideas and learn from pros and cons. I like doing this because it helps me develop into a state of mind where I know what's going on, and where I know how to move forwards with minimal mistakes. I like learning practically, but learning on the go, and not just walking straight into things anymore.
